About the Lifespan Toolbox
The Lifespan Toolbox is a collection of guides about different types of skills. We call these guides toolkits. Our toolkits look at skills and situations that are important for growing up and thriving in adulthood. We make most of our toolkits for Autistic adults. Other people can also check it out and may find some helpful information or a resource for someone they know.
To make our toolkits, we use research, lived experiences of Autistic people and supporters, and professional experience. We combine helpful information and possible strategies into interactive PDFs that you can download and share.
Autism Grown Up created the Lifespan Toolbox as a free resource center. All of our toolkits are available for free on our organization’s website. Our organization is a non-profit and creates education and daily living resources for Autistic students and adults.
