Looking for ideas around workplace accommodations? The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) has a great list to pull from! This Workplace Accommodations List is pulled from the Job Accommodation Network (JAN). They created a list of common and frequently used workplace accommodations for autistic employees.
This list is reorganized into a printable PDF that you can easily share. You may recognize or have used these accommodations in the workplace, community, or at school.
These are all strategies that anyone can put into place or request in the workplace - mostly for free!
Note that you are not required to disclose one’s disability to request an accommodation in the workplace.
