WHAT'S INSIDE?

Ingredients + Tools: One page visual of ingredients and tools needed to complete the recipe. Also included: length of time to make, servings, and amounts needed for ingredients.

Shopping List: One page visual shopping list of all of the ingredients and amounts needed with Need/Have columns.

Visual Recipe: Visuals of step-by-step directions to create the recipe - including visuals of measuring cups & spoons. We provide a walkthrough of the recipe that makes it easier to preview and refer to during cooking. 2 versions: microwave & stovetop.

Recipe Review Sheet: After it's all said and done, it's always nice to reflect and document how things went. Learners can make adjustments to the recipe, take note of what they learned, make notes for next time, and rate and review the recipe for themselves.

Great for OTs!

As a pediatric OT, I shared this with many of the parents that I work with. It's a great way for children to be engaged in meaningful family activities at home while learning things like sequencing steps or engaging in exploration of different food textures in a fun way. I'm glad this resource exists!
